Project Execution & Quality Assurance
As Consultants, the Firm favours a participatory and interactive approach to identifying client problems and providing solutions. Each project is assigned a Project Manager responsible for monthly technical and financial reports that allow an accurate evaluation of progress by the client. A set of qualitative and quantitative monitoring indicators, agreed at project inception and adapted to each project's needs, is used by the Project Manager to ensure goals, objectives and expected results are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Track Records
NKA Consult has provided services to several clients in managing projects in buildings, civil and structural engineering, architectural and quantity surveying. Other specializations include highway, traffic and transportation engineering, waste management, water and sanitation, social and environmental impact assessment, and management consulting.
Legal Status
The firm is registered in Ghana with the Registrar General's Department. NKA Consult is also registered with other relevant authorities: Ghana Revenue Authority, Value Added Tax (VAT), and the Public Procurement Authority (PPA). Key staff are registered with the relevant professional associations in Ghana, including the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE), the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), and the Institute of Directors.
