Dr Kwablah is the Managing Consultant of NKA Consult. He has over 30 years' experience in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Infrastructure Planning and Development, Pre- and Post-Project Appraisals, Traffic Engineering, Training, and General Financial Management. He has worked with the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources, the Ministry of Roads and Highways, the Department of Urban Roads, the Department of Feeder Roads, the Accra Metropolitan Authority, the African Development Bank, the World Bank, the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, the European Union, and the Canadian International Development Agency, among others. He has been involved in feasibility studies, project design, project supervision, evaluation, technical audits and other advisory services to clients.
