Design of Mass Housing Estate on Ghana Post Land Situate at Bubuashie, Accra
Project Overview
Working as advisors for a Developer intending to develop the project as a PPP with the Ghana Post Company Ltd. The development is expected to house more than 1000 families in a mix of single, three, four, and eight story buildings. NKA Consult worked in association with an architectural firm to develop the project. Project includes amenities like schools, hospital, shopping malls, and recreational facilities. Building construction is expected to start in last quarter of 2020
