Project Overview
The project involved the installation of new pipes and the replacement of existing 4.5km, 150mm asbestos pipe with one 4.5km, 150mm steel pipe and one 4.5km, 300mm pipe along selected roads in the Koforidua Municipality. the client, the Ghana Water Company Ltd. The project was completed and handed over to the Client in 2006
NKA’s Role
NKA Consult provided project management services to the contractor, Messrs Halbawk Co Ltd. Works undertaken included: supervision of works, preparation of interim payment invoices, writing of monthly progress reports, inspection and measurement of works on site, site meetings, etc
