Construction Supervision of Teshie Link (7.50Km), Accra

This contract consisted of the construction of a 7.50Km dual carriage road linking Spintex Road to Teshie. The construction was executed by Malin Investment Limited. The scope of the contract involved: clearing of site, demolition of existing structures, drainage works, earthworks, concrete works, pavement, asphalt works, road markings, traffic signs, traffic lighting, street lighting and other miscellaneous works

NKA Consult provided quantity surveying services to the consultant, St. Annes Development Limited. Works undertaken included: preparation of interim payment certificates, writing of monthly progress reports, inspection and measurement of works on site, site meetings, etc

NKA ensured that there was compliance to all contractual terms on the contract
